Im a very big D.I.Y guy but recently works been so busy and i didn’t have the time or proper place to get the job done I called this shop thinking i had bad main bearings then as soon as I pulled in the parking lot me the owner Gabriel and his lead mechanic started brainstorming of possible scenarios of what was broken we came down to a flex plate. Gabriel quoted me a fair price but it was a little over what I could afford at the time. We stayed in contact I ordered my own parts aware that the shop wouldn’t have a warranty for my parts produced. I expressed how tight my budget was and the owner went absolutely above and beyond to meet my price range with my own parts. He told me Wednesday he would have it done. He was able to fit me in SAME DAY of dropping off my truck his lead mechanic found out why I cracked my flex plate and it was due to my harmonic balancer being absolutely shredded at the seal and causing vibration so not only did they fix the parts requested fixing they went above and beyond on diagnosing the cause of the problem during repair. I absolutely hate sending my vehicle to a mechanic shop but I promise you this the shop’s rating speaks for itself they deserve a 10

The guys at Top Shop were very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I took my car in for a diagnostic, which I’m happy to say it was a free service. They were able to confidently tell me the issues I was having with my Fiat 124 Spider. (I needed Spark Plugs and Wheel Bearing/Hubs in the rear) I was able to get some of the cost covered by my warranty and the rest financed by one of the two services they offer. They had my car for less than 24hrs and I picked it up and drove home in what felt like a brand new car. If anything were to occur in the future for repairs I will return to get service there. Thanks Gabrielle for your patience throughout the claim process. Much appreciated.

The repair itself was completed on time, and they even double-checked everything before handing the car back. Since then, my car has been running smoothly without any issues. What really stood out to me was their honesty and professional behavior throughout the process, along with a clean and comfortable waiting area.

Really good experience here. Took my car to Top Shop Auto Repair & Transmission and they did a great job. They were honest about what needed to be done, finished the work on time, and the car is running great now.

My brake pads were making a weird noise so I took my car to Top Shop Auto Repair & Transmission to get a free diagnosis and see what was wrong. They were amazing and helped me get in and out of there in no time. Gabriel explained the process to me and ordered the parts I needed quickly. It was a huge relief to not have to wait forever. Definitely found my new trusted mechanic shop!
